Copyright Infringement Claims

As described in our Terms of Service, you can’t use Good Partners Cluster products to reproduce a work that uses the intellectual property of others only if it’s under a fair use context. As the US rights quoted ‘‘fair use’’ are the same as offered to all our users respectfully to our guiding principle.

If you are in the United States, you have the right to notify us under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the rights quoted herein is the same offered to all our users respectfully to our guiding principle at (Good Partners Cluster, SA).

If you believe that any user of the Services we built and maintain has infringed on your work(s) as copyright owner, please notify us including the following information to be effective. Your notification must be written as:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the exclusive copyright owner that is allegedly infringed or the person authorized to act on behalf of him. 
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
  • A location of the material you believe is infringing your copyrighted work.
  • Your name and contact information so that we can get back to you
  • A statement signed by the copyright owner that; “In good faith and under penalty of perjury, I believe that my work is allegedly infringed and used without legal authorization through account or Services delivered by Good Partners Cluster”

In case of Counter-notifications

If you believe your material has been removed in error, you can file a written counter-notification including the following information:

  • Your name and contact information so that we can get back to you. The link to your investor account or any other type of account.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from a designated person with a physical or electronic signature allowing that person to act on your behalf. (In other words, you’ve designated them to receive, fill, and sign documents on your behalf.)
  • A description, URL or screenshot of the material that was removed.
  • A description of where the material appeared in our Services or Products before their removal.
  • A statement signed by the copyright owner that; “In good faith and under penalty of perjury, I believe that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court of first instance, or if your address is outside of Grombalia, Tunisia where Good Partners Cluster is incorporated.
